The flight from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Terminal on Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal was fantastic for our family. The check-in process was easy from the moment we arrived, and the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially to our elderly parents and children. Before the flight, there was enough seating and food options in the tidy, well-organized terminal to keep everyone content. The boarding process was quick, and the crew was always happy and focused. The trip was stress-free and made family travel much simpler. We are excited to return to fly Southwest from BOS!
